- A full Service Car wash includes the interior being vacuumed and dusted along with the interior windows cleaned. Typically a full service includes a much more through process such as hand drying, tire dressing applied by hand and final quality inspection.
- An Exterior Only Car Wash typically does not include any manual service on the inside or outside.There is no manual service on the outside such as hand applied tire dressing, hand drying or final quality inspection.
- At 5-Star Car Wash we provide manual hand drying and hand applied tire dressing and a final quality inspection on exterior only car washes.

- Yes- a larger car takes more labor and product to finish so we charge more for them
Isn’t a touchless wash safer?
- No- touchless washes use harsh chemicals to strip the grime off the car. They wear down the clearcoat over time. We use a state-of-the-art wash system with high lubricity soaps, and high-density foam to protect your car’s paint so there are no microscratches.

· Yes- You can purchase any of our washes for the monthly pass. Alternatively, you can purchase an exterior pass, and pay the difference if you want to space out your full-service washes.

· No – you just pull up to our vacuum area and a greeter will come and help you start the process!

- Once a week is adequate, providing there are no contaminants that can damage the paint. Some of the contaminants that should be washed off immediately are bird droppings, water spots from sprinklers, tree sap, etc.

You should always keep a protective barrier. Most of our car wash packages include either wax, polymers or ceramic technology to help provide protection with each car wash. This is automated and takes no extra time. We also recommend applying additional protection once every 3 to 6 months utilizing a multi-directional buffer. We can provide this service in our Detail Departments.

- Yes, the UV rays from sun exposure will degrade the paint and plastic trim. It is important to continuously keep a protective shield on the surface. A good analogy would be similar to sun tan lotion on your skin.
